Sanoid and syncoid tweaks

This directory holds sanoid and syncoid scripts from version 2.3.0 of the github source. The original scripts have ".orig" as the extension. I've included minor patches.

I tweaked the date format to NOT include colons in the time (i.e., HMS instead of H:M:S) since that can result in directory name mangling on Winders systems. I also reformatted the perldoc "Options" in syncoid to be a bit more readable.

NOTE: I didn't run syncoid since I have my own snapshot setup, and I used the --readonly option to show what would be done.

To apply the patches to your own version:

- cd to the directory containing sanoid and syncoid

- run these commands:
    patch -b -p0 < sanoid-patch.txt
    patch -b -p0 < syncoid-patch.txt
